Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) and the visiting Pius X Thunderbolts (Lincoln, NE), saw Gretna's baseball squad edge Pius X by a margin of 2-1.

Coming up next, the Dragons play the Bryan Bears (Omaha, NE) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 24. Gretna will attempt to better on its 15-4 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 5-12 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Omaha South (Omaha, NE).
