The Kenston Bombers baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Hudson Explorers to 6 in the Bombers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bombers (6-7) will now prepare for their match against Mayfield (Mayfield, OH). The Wildcats go into the Western Reserve match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Mayfield tipped Medina (Medina, OH), 8-3, in a non-league match.
The Explorers (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Mentor (Mentor, OH). The Cardinals go into the non-league match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, Mentor was overwhelmed by Strongsville (Strongsville, OH), 3-1, in a league match.
