The crowd at Thursday's league game between the Blackhawk Cougars (Beaver Falls, PA) and the host Moon Area Tigers (Moon Township, PA), saw Blackhawk's lacrosse team gain a win over Moon Area by a final score of 6-4.

The Cougars (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Greater Latrobe (Latrobe, PA). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Greater Latrobe nipped Ellis (Pittsburgh, PA), 11-6, in a league battle.

The Tigers now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Sewickley Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 22. Moon Area will clash with a squad coming off a 10-8 non-league win over Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA). The record now stands at 2-1.
