California High School Lacrosse - Newport Harbor can't get by Corona del Mar

In Thursday's league test, the host Corona del Mar Sea Kings lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Newport Harbor Sailors.

The Sea Kings now have a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they host Vista Murrieta for a non-league test on Saturday, April 22. Corona del Mar will face a Broncos squad coming off a 15-4 league win over Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 13-3.

In their next game, the Sailors face the Marlborough Mustangs (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 22. Newport Harbor will attempt to move on its 11-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 12-1 record after their 18-10 league win over Chaminade (West Hills, CA).
