The Monarch Coyotes baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Brighton Bulldogs to 3 in the Coyotes non-league victory on Thursday.
The Coyotes (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Fort Collins (Fort Collins, CO). The Lambkins go into the match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Fort Collins edged Northglenn (Northglenn, CO), 16-1, in a league match.
The Bulldogs (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Fairview (Boulder, CO). The Knights go into the non-league match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Fairview was overwhelmed by Broomfield (Broomfield, CO), 10-0, in a non-league match.
