Dutch Fork Silver Foxes (Irmo, SC) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Gilbert Indians (Gilbert, SC), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Silver Foxes face the River Bluff Gators (Lexington, SC) in a challenge, on Friday, April 21. Dutch Fork will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record.
The Indians now have a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Providence HomeSchool for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 22. Gilbert will face a Panthers team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Horse Creek Academy (Aiken, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.
