The Farmington River Hawks lacrosse team scored 16 points and held the host Berlin Redcoats to 7 in the River Hawks league win on Thursday.
The River Hawks (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Avon (Avon, CT). The Falcons go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Avon was overwhelmed by Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT), 8-4, in a league game.
The Redcoats (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Southington (Southington, CT). The Blue Knights go into the non-league game with a 7-1 record. In their last game, Southington prevailed over Conard (West Hartford, CT), 19-11, in a non-league game.
