Norwalk Bears (Norwalk, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT), 14-6 in a non-league test.

The Bears now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Joseph for a Fairfield County test on Saturday, April 22. Norwalk will face a Cadets squad coming off a 16-3 league win over Stamford (Stamford, CT). The Cadets record now stands at 4-2.

In their next game, the Lancers face the Weston Trojans (Weston, CT) in a South West test, on Saturday, April 22. Notre Dame Catholic will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 5-2 record after their 19-5 league win over Newtown (Newtown, CT).
