In Thursday's league test, the visiting Springfield Township Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-6 victory over the Upper Moreland Bears.

The Spartans now have a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Plymouth Whitemarsh for a Suburban One - American test on Thursday, April 27.
