The Altoona Mountain Lions got by the host Central Dragons baseball team by a count of 7-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Mountain Lions now possess a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Red Land for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth bout on Monday, April 22. Altoona will face a Patriots team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Northern York (Dillsburg, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-5.

Next, the Dragons face the Huntingdon Bearcats (Huntingdon, PA) in a Laurel Highlands East bout, on Monday, April 22. Central will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Bearcats enter the bout with a 5-4 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Bedford (Bedford, PA).
