The Woodford County Yellowjackets the visiting Central Hardin Bruins baseball team by a count of 8-3 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Yellowjackets now possess a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they host Shelby County for a District 30 bout on Tuesday, April 23. Woodford County will face a Rockets team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 6-12.
Next, the Bruins face the St. Xavier Tigers (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 20. Central Hardin will attempt to move on its 16-9 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 11-8 record after their 8-4 league win over Male (Louisville, KY).
