In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Pascack Hills Broncos baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Fair Lawn Cutters.
The Broncos (5-5) will now prepare for their game against Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ). The Thunderbirds go into the Big North - Patriot game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Mahwah was edged by Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league game.
The Cutters (6-6) will now prepare for their game against Passaic Valley (Little Falls, NJ). The Hornets go into the Big North - Independence game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Passaic Valley tipped West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ), 7-1, in a non-league game.
