With the win, Western upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Oak Hill (Converse, IN) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, April 22. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 7-4. Oak Hill won 11-1 in their recent non-league match against Southwood (Wabash, IN)

The Bears (2-8) will now prepare for their match against Indianapolis Crispus Attucks (Indianapolis, IN). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Indianapolis Crispus Attucks tipped Tindley (Indianapolis, IN), 20-6, in a league match.
