California High School Baseball - McClatchy loses to Oakmont

April 20, 2024: Roseville, CA 95661

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Oakmont Vikings baseball team scored a tight 13-10 victory over the McClatchy Lions.

The Vikings (16-6) will now prepare for their game against Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA). The Miners go into the Foothill Valley League game with a 7-14 record. In their last game, Nevada Union tipped Placer (Auburn, CA), 12-0, in a league game.

The Lions (15-6) will now prepare for their game against Laguna Creek (Elk Grove, CA). The Cardinals go into the Metropolitan Conference game with a 16-5 record. In their last game, Laguna Creek tipped Bear Creek (Stockton, CA), 13-3, in a non-league game.
