West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Preston drops to Charleston Catholic

Charleston Catholic Irish (Charleston, WV) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Preston Knights (Kingwood, WV), 14-3 in a league test.

The Irish now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to John Marshall for a WVSLA - Division II test on Friday, April 26.

In their next game, the Knights face the John Marshall Monarchs (Glen Dale, WV) in a WVSLA - Division II test, on Wednesday, April 24. Preston will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Monarchs come into the test with a 4-5 record after their 11-5 league win over Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV).
