New York High School Lacrosse - Mepham overwhelms Friends Academy

The Mepham Pirates triumphed over the visiting Friends Academy Quakers lacrosse team by a score of 12-6 in Saturday's non-league match.

With the win, Mepham upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Pirates travel to MacArthur (Levittown, NY) to play the Generals in a non-league match on Thursday, April 25. The Generals go into the match with a record of 2-4. MacArthur lost 14-2 in their recent league match against Oceanside (Oceanside, NY)

With the defeat, Friends Academy drops to 1-8 on the season. The Quakers travel to Roslyn (Roslyn Heights, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, May 4. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 2-5.
