The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions (Chardon, OH) and the host McDowell Trojans (Erie, PA), saw Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin's lacrosse team top McDowell by a margin of 15-2.
The Lions (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Magnificat (Rocky River, OH). The Blue Streaks enter the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Magnificat was overwhelmed by Hathaway Brown (Shaker Heights, OH), 13-11, in a non-league challenge.
The Trojans (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH). The Lancers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Gilmour Academy beat Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH), 10-9, in a league challenge.
