In Saturday's non-league game, the host Blaine Borderites baseball team scored a tight 11-4 victory over the Squalicum Storm.
The Borderites (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Lakewood (Arlington, WA). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Lakewood tipped Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA), 5-2, in a non-league game.
The Storm (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Lynden (Lynden, WA). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Lynden was overwhelmed by Blaine (Blaine, WA), 10-1, in a non-league game.
