In Saturday's league test, the host William Floyd Colonials lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-9 victory over the Connetquot T-Birds.

The Colonials now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverhead for a Section 11 I test on Wednesday, April 24. William Floyd will face a Blue Waves squad coming off a 17-4 league loss to Half Hollow Hills East (Dix Hills, NY). The Blue Waves record now stands at 8-3.

In their next game, the T-Birds face the North Babylon Bulldogs (North Babylon, NY) in a Section 11 I test, on Wednesday, April 24. Connetquot will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 2-9 record after their 16-7 league win over Copiague (Copiague, NY).
