In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Lake Zurich Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-7 victory over the Marist RedHawks.
The Bears now have a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Elgin for a non-league test on Monday, April 22. Lake Zurich will face a Storm squad coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL). The Storm record now stands at 7-3.
In their next game, the RedHawks face the Niles Notre Dame Dons (Niles, IL) in a test, on Thursday, April 25. Marist will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record.
