In Saturday's non-league test, the host Minnechaug Regional Falcons lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-4 victory over the Shrewsbury Colonials.

The Falcons now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tantasqua Regional for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 23. Minnechaug Regional will face a Warriors squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-2.

In their next game, the Colonials face the Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA) in a Midland-Wachusett A test, on Tuesday, April 23. Shrewsbury will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Mountaineers come into the test with a 6-1 record after their 10-9 non-league win over Agawam (Agawam, MA).
