In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Newton Braves lacrosse squad scored a good 11-3 victory over the Morris Catholic Crusaders.

The Braves now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Roxbury for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 23. Newton will face a Gaels squad coming off a 13-8 league loss to Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ). The Gaels record now stands at 4-4.

In their next game, the Crusaders face the North Warren Regional Patriots (Blairstown, NJ) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 20. Morris Catholic will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 0-4 record after their 14-9 league loss to High Point (Sussex, NJ).
