Antwerp Archers (Antwerp, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Crestview Knights (Convoy, OH), 7-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Archers now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Montpelier for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 22. Antwerp will face a Locomotives squad coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Delta (Delta, OH). The Locomotives record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Crestview falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Knights host Allen East (Harrod, OH) to face the Mustangs in a Northwest challenge on Monday, April 22. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 1-8. Allen East lost 12-7 in their recent league challenge against Columbus Grove (Columbus Grove, OH)
