Pennsylvania High School Softball - Bangor defeated by Palmerton

April 20, 2024: Palmerton, PA 18071

The Bangor Slaters softball squad (Bangor, PA), was routed 15-2 in Saturday's league contest with the host Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA)

With the triumph, Palmerton improves its record to 10-1 on the year. The Blue Bombers travel to Salisbury Township (Allentown, PA) to face the Falcons in a Colonial - West test on Monday, April 22. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 1-10. Salisbury Township lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA)

The Slaters (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Southern Lehigh was routed by Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA), 5-4, in a league test.
