Pennsylvania High School Softball - Bangor topped by Palmerton

April 20, 2024: Palmerton, PA 18071

The Palmerton Blue Bombers softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Bangor Slaters to 2 in the Blue Bombers league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Palmerton moves its record to 10-1 on the year. The Blue Bombers travel to Salisbury Township (Allentown, PA) to play the Falcons in a Colonial - West game on Monday, April 22. The Falcons come into the game with a record of 1-10. Salisbury Township lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA)

In their next game, the Slaters play the Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 23. Bangor will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Spartans come into the game with a 6-6 record after their 5-4 league loss to Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA).
