The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) and the host Brownsburg Bulldogs (Brownsburg, IN), saw Lake Central's softball squad nip Brownsburg by a count of 10-7.

The Indians now sport a 17-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Porte for a Duneland match on Tuesday, April 23. Lake Central will face a Slicers squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Crown Point (Crown Point, IN). The Slicers record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Brownsburg falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Avon (Avon, IN) to face the Orioles in a Hoosier Crossroads match on Tuesday, April 23. The Orioles enter the match with a record of 8-7. Avon won 14-10 in their recent non-league match against Carmel (Carmel, IN)
