Ohio High School Softball - Tri-Valley bounces Central Crossing

The Tri-Valley Scotties routed the visiting Central Crossing Comets softball squad by a final score of 14-4 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Scotties (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Sheridan (Thornville, OH). The Generals go into the Muskingum Valley battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Sheridan notched a victory over Dublin Jerome (Dublin, OH), 22-13, in a non-league battle.

The Comets now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Newark for a Ohio Capital - Buckeye battle on Monday, April 22. Central Crossing will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 12-7 league win over Pickerington Central (Pickerington, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-7.
