In Saturday's non-league match, the host Waynesville Spartans softball team scored a nice 23-13 victory over the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Eagles.

The Spartans (11-1) will now prepare for their match against Valley View (Germantown, OH). The Spartans go into the Southwestern Buckeye - Buckeye match with a 4-13 record. In their last match, Valley View gained a win over Troy Christian (Troy, OH), 19-9, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Clark Montessori Cougars (Cincinnati, OH) in a Miami Valley - Scarlet match, on Tuesday, April 23. Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Cougars go into the match with a 0-3 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Cincinnati Country Day (Cincinnati, OH).
