The Wauseon Indians routed the host Elmwood Royals softball squad by a count of 11-6 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Indians (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Minster (Minster, OH). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 15-1 record. In their last battle, Minster nudged Crestview (Convoy, OH), 19-2, in a non-league battle.

The Royals now sport a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Riverdale for a Blanchard Valley battle on Monday, April 22. Elmwood will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 19-0 non-league loss to Mohawk (Sycamore, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 7-4.
