The Glenbard West Hilltoppers overwhelmed the visiting Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings softball squad by a count of 13-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Hilltoppers meet the Wheaton-Warrenville South Tigers (Wheaton, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 23. Glenbard West will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 7-1 league loss to Lake Park (Roselle, IL).
The Vikings (6-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL). The Raiders go into the SouthWest Suburban challenge with a 5-11 record. In their last challenge, Bolingbrook was routed by Lemont (Lemont, IL), 13-3, in a non-league challenge.
