The Goodhue Wildcats softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Rushford-Peterson Trojans to 8 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Goodhue moves its record to 3-6 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Kasson-Mantorville (Kasson, MN) to play the Komets in a Hiawatha Valley game on Tuesday, April 23. The Komets come into the game with a record of 5-3. Kasson-Mantorville lost 11-0 in their recent non-league game against Randolph (Randolph, MN)

In their next game, the Trojans play the Chatfield Gophers (Chatfield, MN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 23. Rushford-Peterson will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record.
