Indiana High School Softball - Jasper sneaks past Linton-Stockton

The Jasper Wildcats softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Linton-Stockton Miners to 11 in the Wildcats non-league win on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Evansville Memorial for a Southern Indiana battle on Tuesday, April 23. Jasper will confront a Tigers team coming off a 11-8 non-league win over Evansville Reitz (Evansville, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Linton-Stockton moves to 1-4 on the season. The Miners host Northview (Brazil, IN) to confront the Knights in a non-league battle on Monday, April 22. The Knights come into the battle with a record of 4-6. Northview won 10-0 in their recent league battle against Cloverdale (Cloverdale, IN)
