California High School Softball - Ponderosa thwarted by Oak Ridge

The Ponderosa Bruins softball team (Shingle Springs, CA), was routed 10-0 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA)

Coming up next, the Trojans encounter the Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA) in a Sierra Foothill League test, on Tuesday, April 23. Oak Ridge will attempt to improve on its 14-3 season record. The Thunder come into the test with a 9-11 record after their 4-3 league loss to Whitney (Rocklin, CA).

The Bruins (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA). The Miners come into the Foothill Valley League test with a 3-15 record. In their last test, Nevada Union was routed by Oakmont (Roseville, CA), 14-0, in a league test.
