North Dakota High School Softball - Red River bounces Thompson

The Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND) softball routed the visiting Thompson Tommies (Thompson, ND), 8-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Roughriders (6-1) will now prepare for their bout against Fargo North (Fargo, ND). The Spartans go into the Class A - East Region bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Fargo North held off Central Cass (Casselton, ND), 5-4, in a non-league bout.
The Tommies now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Northern Lights for a Class B - Region 2 bout on Monday, April 22.
