In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting St. Marys Blue Devils softball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Scott Skyhawks.
With the triumph, St. Marys moves its record to 19-1 on the year. The Blue Devils host Wahama (Mason, WV) to play the White Falcons in a Little Kanawha contest on Monday, April 22. The White Falcons come into the contest with a record of 13-6. Wahama won 10-2 in their recent league contest against Tyler (Sistersville, WV)
In their next game, the Skyhawks play the Wayne Pioneers (Wayne, WV) in a Cardinal contest, on Monday, April 22. Scott will attempt to move on its 11-10 season record. The Pioneers come into the contest with a 3-11 record after their 7-6 league win over Sissonville (Charleston, WV).
