North Carolina High School Baseball - Garner prevails Willow Spring

The Garner Trojans (Garner, NC) baseball trounced the host Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 11-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they host West Johnston for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 22. Garner will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Western Harnett (Lillington, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-6.

With the defeat, Willow Spring drops to 12-7 on the year. The Storm travel to Jordan (Durham, NC) to clash with the Falcons in a challenge on Tuesday, April 21. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 12-1. Jordan won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Green Level (Cary, NC)
