South Carolina High School Softball - Barnwell bounces Ridge Spring-Monetta

The Barnwell Warhorses (Barnwell, SC) softball routed the visiting Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans (Monetta, SC), 11-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Warhorses now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Whale Branch for a AA Region 5 outing on Tuesday, April 21. Barnwell will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Lake Marion (Santee, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, Ridge Spring-Monetta moves to 14-6 on the season. The Trojans host Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC) to encounter the War Eagles in a A Region 3 outing on Tuesday, April 21. The War Eagles come into the outing with a record of 9-11. Wagener-Salley won 15-0 in their recent league outing against Hunter-Kinard-Tyler (Neeses, SC)
