The Boardman Spartans baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Cherry Hill West Lions to 4 in the Spartans non-league victory on Thursday.
The Spartans (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Austintown-Fitch (Youngstown, OH). The Falcons go into the All-American Conference - Red match with a 11-2 record. In their last match, Austintown-Fitch by Green (Uniontown, OH), 3-1, in a non-league match.
The Lions (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Fairport (Fairport, NY). The Red Raiders go into the non-league match with a 2-3 record.
