Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Tiverton Tigers (Tiverton, RI), 8-2 in a league battle.

The Chieftains now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Providence Country Day for a Division 3 battle on Friday, April 29. Ponaganset will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 18-1 league win over North Providence (North Providence, RI). The Knights record now stands at 4-0.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Johnston Panthers (Johnston, RI) in a Division 3 battle, on Wednesday, April 27. Tiverton will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 0-5 record after their 15-2 league loss to East Providence (East Providence, RI).
