Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host St. Paul Catholic Falcons (Bristol, CT), 11-8 in a non-league battle.
The Vikings now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Milford for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 23. Westhill will clash with a Green Wave squad coming off a 10-1 league loss to Bethel (Bethel, CT). The Green Wave record now stands at 2-5.
In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Ellington Knights (Ellington, CT) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 25. St. Paul Catholic will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 20-5 league win over Somers (Somers, CT).
