The Norwell Knights softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host South Adams Starfires to 7 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Norwell improves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Knights host Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league game on Friday, April 22. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 2-0. Homestead won 20-9 in their recent non-league game against DeKalb (Waterloo, IN)
In their next game, the Starfires clash with the Fort Recovery Indians (Fort Recovery, OH) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 25. South Adams will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
