The Lincoln-Way West Warriors lacrosse team scored 13 points and held the visiting Minooka Indians to 3 in the Warriors league win on Thursday.
The Warriors (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Wheaton Academy (West Chicago, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, Wheaton Academy was overwhelmed by New Trier (Winnetka, IL), 11-8, in a non-league match.
The Indians (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL). The Vikings go into the South Suburban match with a 0-7 record. In their last match, Homewood-Flossmoor was overwhelmed by Lockport (Lockport, IL), 17-2, in a league match.
