Illinois High School Baseball - Springfield Southeast loses to Mt. Pulaski

In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers baseball team scored a tight 8-4 victory over the Springfield Southeast Spartans.
The Hilltoppers (15-1) will now prepare for their game against Lanphier (Springfield, IL). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 2-9 record. In their last game, Lanphier was overwhelmed by Rochester (Rochester, IL), 17-1, in a league game.
The Spartans (7-10) will now prepare for their game against Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, IL). The Cyclones go into the Central State Eight game with a 7-7 record.
