The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Poudre School District Stars (Fort Collins, CO) and the host Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO), saw Poudre School District's lacrosse team nudge Columbine by a margin of 8-7.
The Stars (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO). The Mustangs enter the 5A League #2 challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Ralston Valley edged Fairview (Boulder, CO), 8-4, in a league challenge.
The Rebels (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakewood (Lakewood, CO). The Tigers enter the 5A League #2 challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Lakewood was tipped by Mountain Range (Westminster, CO), 10-8, in a league challenge.
