North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Pinecrest drops to Hough

In Friday's non-league contest, the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC), by a count of 14-6.

Coming up next, the Huskies confront the Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) in a Greater Metro/Queen City contest, on Tuesday, April 25. Hough will attempt to advance on its 16-2 season record. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a 8-8 record after their 17-3 league win over South Iredell (Statesville, NC).

The Patriots now own a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they host Gray's Creek for a United 8/All American/Sandhills contest on Monday, April 24. Pinecrest will confront a Bears squad coming off a 10-5 league loss to Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 1-10.
