Tennessee High School Lacrosse - Oakland drops to Independence

In Friday's league test, the visiting Independence Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-3 victory over the Oakland Patriots.

The Eagles now have a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Houston for a non-league test on Saturday, April 22. Independence will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 14-2 league win over Arlington (Arlington, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-8.

In their next game, the Patriots face the Siegel Stars (Murfreesboro, TN) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 26. Oakland will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Stars come into the test with a 1-10 record after their 18-4 non-league loss to Wilson Central (Lebanon, TN).
