The Cathedral Prep Ramblers softball team scored 23 runs and limited the host Girard Yellowjackets to 4 in the Ramblers non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Cathedral Prep improves its record to 11-1 on the year. The Ramblers host General McLane (Edinboro, PA) to clash with the Lancers in a District 10 Region 5 game on Tuesday, April 25. The Lancers come into the game with a record of 5-4. General McLane won 5-3 in their recent league game against Conneaut Area (Linesville, PA)

In their next game, the Yellowjackets clash with the Iroquois Braves (Erie, PA) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 24. Girard will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Braves come into the game with a 4-3 record after their 15-0 league win over Eisenhower (Russell, PA).
