Napoleon Pirates (Napoleon, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host East Jackson Trojans (Jackson, MI), 13-0 in a league challenge.

The Pirates now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Michigan Center for a Cascades challenge on Monday, May 1.

With the loss, East Jackson falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Grass Lake (Grass Lake, MI) to battle the Warriors in a Cascades challenge on Monday, April 24. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Grass Lake won 18-4 in their recent league challenge against Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI)
