Edison Chargers (Milan, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Seneca East Tigers (Attica, OH), 12-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers now sport a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they host Huron for a Sandusky Bay - Bay challenge on Monday, April 24. Edison will face a Tigers squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, Seneca East falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Tigers host Mohawk (Sycamore, OH) to face the Warriors in a Northern 10 challenge on Tuesday, April 25. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 3-3. Mohawk lost 9-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Minster (Minster, OH)
