Washington High School Softball - Naselle loses to Ilwaco

The Ilwaco Fishermen softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Naselle Comets to 1 in the Fishermen non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Ilwaco improves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Fishermen travel to Pe Ell/Willapa Valley (Menlo, WA) to clash with the in a 2B Pacific game on Tuesday, April 25. The come into the game with a record of 7-3. Pe Ell/Willapa Valley lost 7-5 in their recent league game against Ocosta (Westport, WA)
In their next game, the Comets clash with the Mossyrock Vikings (Mossyrock, WA) in a 1B Coastal game, on Monday, April 24. Naselle will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
