In Friday's league contest, the Tolono Unity Rockets (Tolono, IL) softball team overwhelmed the host Prairie Central Hawks (Fairbury, IL), by a margin of 14-4.
With the triumph, Tolono Unity moves its record to 15-4 on the year. The Rockets host St. Anthony (Effingham, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 25. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 8-3.
In their next game, the Hawks play the Woodland Warriors (Streator, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 22. Prairie Central will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Warriors come into the contest with a 10-6 record after their 4-3 league loss to Dwight (Dwight, IL).
